TERMS AND CONDITIONS — TSHIRTLAND.EU
- SUBJECT
Art. 1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relastore tshirtland.eu (referred to below as THESTORE) and its customers (referred to below as USERS) regarding the sale and delivery of the products offered on the platform.
Art. 2. By placing an order, the User confirms tha and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Art. 3. The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page.
Art. 4. All prices are shown in the platform with all applicable taxes included. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order isconfirmed.
Art. 5. The price payable is the one displayed on the platform at the moment the order is placed.
- PLACING AN ORDER
Art. 6. The User concludes a contract of sale by completing the following steps:
- Selecting one or more products and adding them to the cart;
- Providing the details required for delivery;
- Choosing a payment method;
- Reviewing and confirming the order.
Art. 7. After an order is placed, the Store confirms it by email. The contract is concluded once this confirmation is sent.
Art. 8. The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for correcting any input errors before confirming the order.
- PAYMENT
Art. 9. Payment is made using the methods available on the platform. The User may be asked to pay in advance or upon delivery, depending on the method selected.
- DELIVERY
Art. 10. Orders are delivered by courier within the timeframe indicated at checkout. If no timeframe is specified, delivery is made within 30 days at the latest.
Art. 11. If the Store is unable to fulfil an order because the products are unavailable, it will inform the User and refund any amounts already paid.
Art. 12. The User should inspect the goods upon delivery and notify the Store without delay of any visible defect or discrepancy.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Art. 13. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving anyreason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the User, or a third party indicated by the User, takes physical possession of the goods.
Art. 14. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Store of their decision by a clear statement (for example, an email) before thewithdrawal period expires. The User may use the model withdrawal form in Appendix 1, but this is not mandatory.
Art. 15. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the User's specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Art. 16. If the User withdraws, the Store will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day it is informed of the decision. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Art. 17. The User bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The User is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Art. 18. The Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the User has supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
- CONFORMITY OF THE GOODS
Art. 19. The Store is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods under the applicable consumer protection rules. Goods must match their description and be fit for their intended purpose.
- PERSONAL DATA
Art. 20. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is used solely to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations.
- LIABILITY
Art. 21. The Store is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Art. 22. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for any damage caused to third parties through misuse of the platform.
- CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Art. 23. The Store may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on the platform and applies to all orders placed after it is published.
- GOVERNING LAW
Art. 24. Any matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union. Any invalidity of a single provision does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
Art. 25. These Terms and Conditions enter into force for all Users of tshirtland.eu.

Appendix 2 — Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement of your decision before the period expires. You may use the form in Appendix 1, but it is not mandatory. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. |
