A complaint is made when the product you received has defects (torn, scuffed, broken).
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return them with a preview option, via Speedy courier company, if it meets the following conditions:
- Preserved good appearance of the product. It is not stained, worn, washed or ironed;
- Preserved factory packaging;
- Preserved original label. Our advice is to carefully inspect the purchased product before tearing off the label.
If you meet these conditions, you have the right to replace the damaged item with another, and if you do not wish to, we will refund your money. The refund is made by bank transfer for the value of the item and the payment is made within 14 days.

All customers who use the services: Return, Exchange, Complaint, must send parcels to us with the option to test and preview, via Speedy courier company, so that we can ensure that you have met the above conditions.
tshirtLand.eu does not make returns and exchanges for: personal projects, customer's creations and modifications.
