An exchange is possible if the product received does not meet your expectations. You have the right to exchange the item for a different size or another item from our website. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the right to return or exchange them, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in good condition. It must not be stained, worn, ironed, scratched, burned, or torn;
- No damage caused by improper use;
- Original packaging and label preserved;
- Original label preserved. Our advice is to carefully assess whether the garment meets your expectations before tearing off the label;
In case of an exchange or return at the customer's request, the courier costs are borne by the customer. The exchange will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
