Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, with the original packaging and label intact.
Where the return or exchange is at the customer's request, the courier costs are theirs. Exchanges are completed within 14 working days of the returned item reaching us.
Production & printing
We print everything ourselves, in our own workshop in Varna. T-shirts are printed direct-to-garment (DTG) on two industrial Brother GTXpro Bulk machines with a Schulze 5 pretreatment unit; dark and synthetic fabrics go through DTF instead.
The result is a soft, high-detail print that doesn't sit on the fabric like a sticker.
